What a sales pitch. Going to solve "everything" that is wrong with me. Told them of the problems I had with my feet, guy said I had fallen arches but told him my podiatrist confirmed I did not via examination and X-Rays. Threw a couple of inserts at me that hurt like heck and the guy was dismissive. "Well some people just don't want to get better". When asked about the price "some people spend up to $2000". Seriously, if you are having foot issues go to the doctor. These guys are a used car store masquerading as a foot care place.

I love these in my work shoes. I’ve been doing construction installing insulation for 12 years, and being on my feet all day used to take a toll. Since using these supports, it’s been a complete difference. They’ve made long days on the job way more manageable, and I even wear them everywhere else the gym, yard work, weekends at the lake, even off-roading. My feet are covered no matter what I’m doing. Wade, thank you for making me a believer. Truly life changing.

I was in the other day and wanted to see if I need to exchange my inserts after 7ish years and Wade helped me and realized I may be in 2 sizes bigger than I should be. He was very thorough with his accessment and I believe my planter fasciitis is already much better. Everything was under the lifetime warranty except my top cushions.

Pros: Our experience with Angel was professional. He was very thorough to our knowledge. We appreciated the insight to our feet. I have nothing negative to say about the customer experience. Cons: The price is $1,840 dollars for pre fab insoles. They are not made to your feet specifically. They fit all people. There are no returns. They do give you a lifetime guarantee. We were so disappointed to say the least. It would be close to $4000 to get my husband and myself a set of insoles. That is insane!! We walked out thankful that we made the right decision. Angel was not pushy or aggressive with sales. He understood our major concern with the price. He was pushy though with me leaving a review. So I am leaving this review because people need to know when they walk in the good feet store what they're going to experience. And I can't even review the insoles so what's the point. I don't think the point was to give Angel a good review. It should be the product. lol

I want to share my experience with The Good Feet Store so others can make a fully informed decision before committing. While the overall concept and process were explained, my concern lies more with the in-store sales experience. I felt that the approach was overly pushy, particularly when it came to financing. At one point, the salesperson took control of the phone during the credit application process and directed what to select, emphasizing how easy it would be to pay off. This made me uncomfortable and felt more like pressure than guidance. There was also a strong push to add on additional products, such as shoes, even after I clearly stated that I was not interested in them. For a purchase at this price point—around $2,000—I expected a more personalized, customer-focused experience rather than one that felt driven by upselling. Additionally, while the system is presented as a multi-step, customized solution, I did not feel that the three-step insole process was tailored to my individual needs to the degree I expected. I followed the instructions provided, but unfortunately did not experience the level of relief I had hoped for. This may be a solution that works well for some people, but I would encourage potential customers to be mindful during the sales process. Take your time, ask questions, and don’t feel pressured into financing or add-ons that you’re unsure about. Buyer beware: for a significant investment like this, it’s important to feel confident not only in the product, but also in the level of care and professionalism you receive during the process.

Frequently Asked Questions About The Good Feet Store

How are our arch supports different from inserts and insoles I can buy online or in drug stores?

Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide the firm, yet flexible function necessary to help correct poor foot biomechanics, providing long term pain-relief solutions.

I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?

Absolutely. It’s common for people to think that their shoes are the problem, when in reality it’s often the foot that’s going into the shoes that’s the real source of discomfort. By stabilizing the foot with a good arch support, the pain and discomfort caused by common foot and foot-related problems can often be minimized or alleviated.
