Dr T David Luo and staff were friendly, personable and explained everything. Also, it's a one-stop-shop with being able to get labs, X-rays and top-notch service from a Dr with some sense. Oh and the availability....they called Monday and set me up for the next day!
I'd looked up reviews for him after my rheumatologist told me my knees popping out from under me might be arthritis or "crunchy knees" so I needed 2c an arthritic/orthopedic surgeon. Dr T David Luo's got awesome reviews and now I literally know why, the proof is definitely in the pudding. Too bad he's not a primary Dr! ngl based on the service my family has received at this office for me and Dr Hoffman's for my daughter, I'll def be switching to IU health for my primary too. As a result of these appts, I see for myself that service is on a whole nother level.
Wait times: less than 5 mins after arrival (I literally was still filling out the 4pg paperwork when called), did weight (bleh), X-rays (tech explained step-by-step how she needed me to stand and having a touch of the tism I loved her "bedside manner" that before she reached in she said her intentions first and her tone was real and down-to-earth ya know so we weren't caught off guard (5 stars by herself). Wait time in room: He came in the room I was placed in immediately (I mean maybe 0.75 secs after I sat down he knocked on the door and he'd already looked over the X-ray and was able 2get down to the nitty-gritty...I mean amazing simply amazeballs that Drs like him exist) mind you I still hadn't finished the paperwork (not even front and back yall smh...I finished while in the lobby after this 15min appt) this appt was in and out and straight no chaser. I've already told my friend to check him out as well as my sister for my nephew.
~ yall reading my Google reviews know I don't give out 5s like that, normally 4 is the highest cuz we all know some of ppl's 5s be fake 🤥....this 1 is rare from me yet well-deserved. And guess what? These knees are normal yay and it's just part of my fibromyalgia I've had for years it affects ppl different so it's just like that.
