Well Home Instead, Sharee was here and her shift was ending at 3:30..and someone from Bright Star was susposed to be here then...but they did not show up. We called Bright Star spoke to Niko and he was trying to talk with management to have them call us...but no one would get back to him... Sharee called Home Instead told them what was going on. My sister's son also called Home Instead too...and within 5 min..the issue was taken care of...someone would come out from Home Instead! They are truly a very very caring well run company. They are A+.

My father has dysphasia and they have assigned caregivers who are specifically trained to feed him properly and safely. They take the time to understand our needs and work closely with our family to ensure my parents are well taken care of. I want to recognize Errikka Lincoln specifically, as she demonstrates such kindness, professionalism and genuine care for my parents. I love that she is very detail oriented and treats them with such excellent care. I know when she is with them that they are in good hands! She’s the best!
