- RBRichard BrandonSep 30, 20252.0I travel a lot and have a black card for that reason. Ive been to this facility a number of times, but every time it annoys me. This gym does not take care of its equipment. There are always items missing from the cables machines, or broken. You can tell the machines have not been kept up. I understand the people using the equipment shoukd be more respectful, but things can be kept up better. The locker room is typically clean and the floors are kept up.

- CCC CAug 29, 20251.0Nice facility. Clean. Plenty of updated equipment. Definitely NOT judgement free though. I do not recommend this location if you don’t have a thick skin. I was very loudly and very obviously laughed at by two employees at the front desk. Sooo embarrassing. I tried to brush it off, but about 10 minutes into my workout I was near tears and simply stopped to cancel my membership. My workout partner ended up going back inside to do the same. Neither of the girls apologized, one girl did not even bother to turn around to acknowledge either of us. I wasn’t even angry at that point, just embarrassed and sad. It can feel very vulnerable to be overweight and to come first thing in the morning, not fully awake, no makeup, messy hair…. Nothing but kindness and respect from other members A couple of the employees though apparently need more training about the judgement free thing, and maybe some empathy and awareness about how their behavior can really affect others. I feel silly being so affected by mean girl behavior at my age, but here we are. I took a chance, but I will NEVER workout in public again. Two thumbs down Planet Fitness.
