However, when I attempted to change locations and visit the Maplecrest Rd Fort Wayne branch, I was treated poorly by the staff. Unfortunately, I perceived that the staff, specifically two-thirds of the females at the front desk, were not only rude but also appeared to racially profile me, denying me entry/membership based on my skin color. Their behavior was abrupt and unprofessional. While I understand that not having a full pass may be a valid reason for denial, I was taken aback by their swift decision to turn me away without offering me a membership opportunity. The staff explicitly stated that it was not their responsibility to sell me a membership and asked me to leave. As a result, I would advise individuals of color to exercise caution when considering a visit to this location.
