However, they continued to quietly charge us without us noticing and are now refusing to refund us even though we CANCELLED in person per policy. They also confirmed they have no record of us trying to go to the gym following cancellation. I would NOT reccomend starting a relationship with this gym. They are sneaky and will steal your money. We have attempted to correct this with the gym including the gym manager none of which who have showed any concern or compassion. Would highly suggest supporting a LOCAL gym with people who care.
