  the doctor was so kind but they did a contact fitting (nothing was different than what had been done at any other optometrist ive been to), and the man at the front desk even said “i dont know why she did that because i only had you down as ~ whatever the basic exam is i forget ~ so it will be another $60” :/ but was the same price i’m used to paying for contacts before that extra cost

  First, I would like to give the Optometrist 5 stars. She was great! The day of my exam, I walked out being very satisfied with the service. However, that all changed when I went to pick up my glasses. I approached the counter and said I was there to pick up my glasses. The guy got them out, slammed them on the counter and said, there you go. I just looked at him and thought, are you serious. I've had many eye exams in my life and it's always been the same routine. When you go to pick up your glasses, an employee takes you over to a desk, has you try them on, makes any necessary adjustments, and makes sure you're satisfied. I didn't get that. I got my glasses slammed on a counter and pretty much told, you're on your own. I've had my glasses home for a little over a week now and have barely worn them. They needed adjustments and those should have been taken care of when I picked them up. I shouldn't have to make another trip to ask them to do what they should have done when I was there. I won't be recommending this company to anyone I know.
