They refused to print a receipt on site of what we were charged for and never emailed me the vision or receipts. Today charges my son nearly 200 dollars and we've never paid that much. We will no longer do business with pearl vision and we've been long time customers. Compare what you pay with your insurance and don't believe what they tell you like we did. They are ripping people off. The lady this year never once asked us what we wanted in our glasses, she chose for us so why should we pay for anything we didn't choose. Diamond over charged us, refused a full refund, a month later we still don't have glasses. Disputed charges with our bank and health card and contacted vsp to let them know what they did. Never had issues all the years we went to the Glen brook mall one. We won't be back.
