My refills are ready quickly, and if there are issues they do a great job of explaining what happened and what our next steps are. Pharmacies are busy places and often are the ones having to relay complicated info and issues that aren’t their fault- usually something that went wrong with the Dr’s office or insurance. Super appreciative of everyone at this location for their knowledge, hard work, and empathy.
