  Have been getting scripts filled here for over 5 years, and generally do not have any issues, however 2 days ago, my wife went to pick up one of my scripts (percocet, which I take for chronic severe back pain which is caused by 3 ruptured discs, and 2 vertebrae that have hairline fractures). The provider always sends in a 30 day supply, and we have ALWAYS paid out of pocket (something the pharmacy was made aware of), but for some reason the tech wanted to argue with my wife and say it was better to run it through insurance (and the insurance company wants to argue) and they only pay for a 7 day supply... what IS best is for whatever worthless, idiotic, insignificant, self-centered, egotistical, petulant, snow flake to learn their place, and do EXACTLY what I, and my pain management specialist tell them to do!!! So, because of Kroger's short shortsightedness, I had to call my pain management office today, and have them send in a new script! I honestly think that the tech (or whoever it was that argued with my wife) should be tied between 2 trees, and have me use a ball bat on their back, so they can feel EXACTLY the kind of pain that I deal with everyday.

  So i get a text that my prescription is ready. I get time off work and drive to pick up my prescription and get a note : closed, no pharmacist on duty....its snowing, 55 mph wind gusts and i cant get my prescription....why text me that its ready for pick up...and if no pharmacist, who exactly prepared my prescription?

  This pharmacy is the SLOWEST I have ever been. I have called prescriptions in to refill and go to pick them up and they are never ready! I called at 9 a.m. to see if my script was ready and of course it's not so I ask if they can get it ready and the tech said it would be ready at 3 p.m. I asked if it could be ready in the next hour and was told no because she is the only tech working. It's always an excuse! I live right down the street from this pharmacy so it makes it convenient but I'm still going to change pharmacies because this place is RIDICULOUSLY SLOW!!!!

  The pharmacy has always fulfilled my needs quickly and accurately. I can't imagine getting my Rx anywhere else.
