  I had an appointment. And I arrive at said time and they cancel it last minute. Saying they tried notifying me. And the notificationa only came in when I had arrived.i saw her type in something on her computer. And boom the notification came in. And they said they had no other doctors in the building. And now because I did the same thing they did i got a notice that I will become no longer a patient. If it happens again. Not to mention my first appointment was at 10am immediately when I got into my car after leaving the building was called to switch it at 2pm. Like I said I got there and it was canceled. It's disappointing I had been going to that same doctor since I was a child.

  ALL the Ladies that work at the IU Clinic on Pettit in Ft. Wayne are very kind and respectful ! Nurse Ashley is very Kind and caring and the Main receptionist Named India IS Very respectful and Kind and compassionate.

  I was excited that they had a conveniently located building. Unfortunately it was absolutely freezing inside the building as they apparently do not have heat. I canceled my appointment and went to the grocery store next door. It was warmer in the grocery store than the doctor's office if you can believe that. Get some heat in your building so human beings can spend time in it

  I really enjoyed meeting my new primary care doctor, Doctor Perez was very thorough and professional. He took the time to do all the nessary exams, schedule labs and give referals, write prescirtions. He's a very serious type person, takes the time to listen and come up with a treatment plan. His nurses and staff are very friendly and professional too. They didn't keep me waiting too long in the wating room or exam room. I am very confident I am in good hands. I learned Doctor Perez is a pillar of the community and has been practicing for over 30 years. I'll be a returning patient. Thanks IU Health and Dr. Perez and staff.
