Very impersonal. The young lady who did my pre-exam testing was very nice, but I felt doctor seemed "put-out." The assistant afterwards was not very helpful. The price for lens only seemed very expensive.

I got to the office a few minutes early and they helped me right away - no waiting. They did everything to make sure I was comfortable. In and out in less than 20 minutes but I didn't feel rushed or anything like that.
