I know he has a lot of patients, but he makes me feel like I’m valued and important. I have also had pleasant experiences with Dr Lal, as well. I always recommend them to friends and family.
- TRT RicAug 19, 20221.0I take my dad to all his Dr appts with FMLA, I have a 3hr window for all appts, this is the only one that pushes that. My father in almost every appt sits in the waiting room for well past 1 hr sometimes pushing into 2hrs, then waits more time in the room before he sees the Dr. The waiting room is always full of patients that have been there for long periods. Absolutely terrible service, and it's always this way, so it's purposefull.

She had the illusion of knowledge and provided me with information that was, well, just not true or accurate. It's a shame that so called professionals with "25 years" of experience can be allowed to mislead people. So sad.
