Won't tell you how much you owe, force you to use some sketchy payment portal, then when you don't pay because they won't tell you how much you owe in plain terms then they send you to a predatory collections agency that charges OVER what you owe. Use a better ortho. You owe it to yourself. These people are snakes. Edit: some rude office manager called back and swears up and down that they sent emails to us regarding our bill, but refuses to prove it by simply forwarding those emails. Do NOT trust these people.

After being told in office I had great Brooks shoes, the receptionist told me that the physician recommended I wear loose fitting shoes, which I already do. The OTC product I was advised to use clinically made no sense to my problem… The team was also to set up nerve testing, which wasn’t done.

His recommendation for shoes was excellent and may be the game changer for me. We discussed plan for treatment with several non invasive options.
