We have continued to have great experiences at this Little Clinic. From strep throat, to spider bites, swimmers ear and mono, they have helped us out time and again. Our personal favorite is Kristan, the NP. She absolutely knows her stuff, has a wonderful personality, and really listens.

Julia and Chelsea were really nice and helpful! They both complimented my outfit too 😁 I had a rainbow tye dye hoodie and rainbow tye dye crocs on so even though I felt like poop I didn't look like it lol

This was my first experience at Jay C little clinic. I went in with signs of pink eye. I was the first patient of the day and spoke with the APN(Sarah Dodds) about what she will prescribe me. She said she was going to order me prescription EYE drops to treat my pink eye. I was provided with paperwork about instructions on proper use of my prescription eye drops. I then went to my local pharmacy to pick up the script, I opened the box and got out the medication. I put one drop of solution into my eye, and it immediately began to burn so bad I was crying. It felt like I had poured hot sauce into my eye. I had a friend look at the box, realizing I had EAR drops prescribed to me for my pink eye. My pharmacy printed out a copy of the prescription sent in and explained the APN sent in the wrong script. I then go back to Jay C little clinic to explain the situation with a burning eye to the front desk. I waited awhile for them to bring me back, as they were collaborating in the back room. Excuses were made BEFORE any formal apology. Nor did the APN ask if I was ok. I had to ask her to examine my eye a second time, which she was not making any effort to do as I walked in the room. Continued on and on about how similar these medications were, none the less, THEY ARE NOT THE SAME. Luckily I have continued to wash out my eye and so far things are ok. I have heard that this is NOT the first time this APN has prescribed the WRONG medication. In conclusion, I would just like to make this a warning for all local residents of Floyds Knobs. Always double check ALL information even if you trust your Dr. to write you the correct prescription.

I thought I had a spider bite. I was in and out in less than an hour for the reasonable price of $89. The staff was friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my experience.
