Great variety of class types and class times, which ensures you don’t have an excuse to miss. Really friendly, helpful and positive instructors, and long term members, who you want to show up for and not miss class. Overall having a great time! Awesome instructors include but aren’t limited to: Ginny, Jennifer, Shea, Aja, Pink, Cynthia and others.

The instructors do a great job of challenging you while keeping the flow accessible. If you’re looking for a different kind of yoga that pushes you a bit outside your comfort zone, I’d definitely recommend giving it a try.

They all offer detailed instruction and make it fun. The only reason I did not give it five stars is because some instructors have the room a little too warm (when it’s not meant to be a hot class) and some playlists are too loud for my taste.
