I received fantastic treatment from the staff when I visited. KayLyn and Kylie were kind, understanding, and patient with all of my questions. Would highly recommend them to anyone seeking medical professional assistance/advice

NP or PA "Jess" could really use some help in the bedside manner department. She may have been slightly annoyed that my 19 year old daughter wanted her mother to be in there with her. It seemed as if her main focus was to get us out of there as quick as possible. We've been to this clinic many times & I have always been treated with kindness & compassion. Not this time, though.

Update: the clinic itself was phenomenal and very understanding when I complained to them about the pharmacy tech who dealed with us. Lana didn't even tell us that we needed to check in at the clinic so we wasted even more time. Thankfully the receptionist Kylie and Dr. Suzanne did a great job hearing me out and helping us. Great service compared to the pharmacy. Thanks for actually being polite!
Original: Came for physical, met a very nasty flunky at the register named Lama or something who was very rude when asked a friendly question. Very unprofessional, such a miserable way to talk to someone hope she find happiness in her life

I have gone there and was very happy with everything the staff did. Have never had to wait very long and and the nurse practitioners have always been very conscientious about my overall health and the problem I had with a uti.

Went in on friday 11/15 and waited one hour and forty five minutes, after being told the wait time would be one hour and five minutes. Came in with a severe cough and saw Nurse Practitioner Christine. Told her I had been coughing for almost 2 weeks. She then proceeded to check my oxygen levels and the finger clip kept shutting off without displaying my results, so she just chucks it on the counter and pretty much said "we will be fine." Then as she is updating my info into her computer dies. She ends up telling my that this was an issue with phlegm running down the back of my throat and running down to my lungs, so I got steroids, cough suppressant and nasal spray. I was told to drink lots of fluids and was shown the door. Christine then proceeds to apologize for the long wait and then says that she will update my info and send over my prescription as soon as I leave. She also says to call back if I have any problems. I called back that night because I forgot to tell her my son was just diagnosed with pneumonia the week before, but I never received a call back. Fast forward to Sunday 11/17 and I am still hacking and even sweating worse than before, so I call back again and leave a message for someone to call me back for my concerns, and I actually get a call back from another nurse practitioner . I was told that I would have to sign up for another appointment in order for them to provide another prescription, furthermore I was told that Christine had updated my notes and she had indicated that I had told her that I had only been coughing for a week and she put down that I had Bronchitis. This was a complete waste of time and money. This was a horrible experience, and I will never go back to another Little Clinic again.
Edit: Lady that checks everyone in is very rude and has no soft skills.
