Awful pharmacy. Terrible as a patient, also poor as a prescriber.

Seems like everyone has had to go through a horrible experience with not only the clinic but this particular person Im about to mention, so here's my account as well. A sorry excuse of a worker (long haired female pictured in photo) named Lama/Lana was extremely rude and unprofessional when I came to help family with a back to school physical. She not only responded in a very nasty way to a friendly small talk question but also neglected to inform us that we needed to sign in at the little clinic desk. She saw us waiting for 10 min without saying anything. Finally I went to the physical room itself where the clinic staff were surprised we weren't directed to the front desk. They were very apologetic and expressed that MANY people have had similar horrible customer service experiences with Lana. Obviously a tech flunky who doesn't know how to talk with people. Was a shame since the person I was with wants to start pharmacy school soon. I pray to God someone important from Kroger sees this review. Regardless I will be submitting additional complaints. Thanks for nothing

They have a drive through for the phramacy. It is never open. The enormous sign on their building stating 'Drive Thru' is misleading and false. Someone should make them take it down. If you agree, please file a complaint with the BBB at bbb.org. Plan on going in and waiting at least 20 minutes in line. Watch how they have personal conversations while you wait. They text you to say your script is ready. It is not. Call them before you go but expect a long wait IF they bother to answer (they do NOT). This morning, we were told to come back this afternoon for a script. So, we did and were told it is not ready. After the screaming subsided, they said have a seat... it will be 20 minutes! Here is what to do... refuse to give up your spot at the window as we did. Just stay there. Suddenly, it was ready in 3 minutes. When we asked for a manager, we were told there isn't one and all who work here were simply reassigned from other stores! They will not fill some 90 days scripts even though they are prescribed. They claim, state law yet CVS will fill the same script. Conenient excuse for being lazy. First, we are moving all our scripts back to CVS. It will cost us about $400 more a year but at least CVS has a drive thru, answers their phone, are polite and truly helpful. 2nd, I am dropping Humana next year as it is their plan who made us use Kroger for lower prices. I don't care if it is more expensive, CVS customer care is terrific, their systems work and their drive though is always open. You know everyone... you get what you pay for and low prices is not wrht the inconsistent, insulting service from Kroger.

Prescriptions take forever to get filled. Our doctor called in a prescription for my wife post surgery at 9:30am. Went to pharmacy at 12:30pm still not ready. Told me to come back in another 25 minutes. My son has a monthly prescription and sometimes have waited days to fill. Absolutely awful service. Procedures or processes need to be addressed. We are changing our pharmacy immediately.

Out of my prescription, called to tell me I needed to transfer and somehow forgot to mention their phones weren’t working. 4hours later scrambling trying to get it filled before everyone closes because CVS couldn’t get through.
