The doctor was negligent & needs to be educated on chronic pain, reprimanded even. I deserve an apology also. The very next day, I ended up in worse condition & had to go to the clisest hospital, Hendricks ER, because my urinary incontinence, which I had while in your care had gitten worse, & my pain spiked, causing me to almost fall during an much needed MRI that I ALSO requested, that YOUR incompetent doc denied me, along with any narcitics, which are the only meds which work. She had the AUDACITY to offer to me that which MY BODY views as baby aspirij, Tylenol &Toridol. Are you KIDDING when I CLEARLY stated that my spine, broken in THREE PLACES, now requires a FENTANYL PAIN PUMP? I simply went in, as I have been instructed to always do since sustaing my first break in Aug of 2024. Needless to say, THE HENDRICKS DOCTOR WAS NOT ONLY COMPASSIONATE & HAD GREAT BEDSIDE MANNER, but also 1) ordered an at-home BD Pure Wick System for my utinary incontinence due to my new spinal CHANGES, which YOUR doctor FAILED to take the time to do, like at all, with no imaging, even after i tokd her IN Spine Group needed another scan because of new pain, numbness, & incontinence, 2) Ordering the new MRI per request showsva slip in mt L-4 & L-5, along with significant SWELLING, but i TOLD YOUR incompetent doctor this as well! I am soooo angry because doctors within the IU Health system dont listen to me & I have almost died TEN TIMES had it not been this WOMAN OF COLOR SPEAKING UP FOR HERSELF, which brings me to my last negligent & incompetent issue with YOUR doc who FAILED ME OVER & OVER & OVER AGAIN?, 3) She left her listening ears at home! I LEFT THERE IN SHEER AGONY & IN TEARS BUTBI DONT CRY AS IT MAKES MYBPAIN WORSE. I DESERVE AN APOLOGY IN PERSON & IN WRITING IN MY PORTAL. DOCTORS NEED TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE. I PLAN TO CONSULT WITH AN ATTY FOR PAIN, SUFFERING. & MALPRACTICE. You all didnt LISTEN & because of that, our four little daughters & I paid the price in 2012 because YOU KILLED HIM!!! ENOUGH IS ENOUGH & THE INCOMPETENCE & DISRESPECT STOPS HERE!

Lack of knowledge of 2026 protocals pls for ER care for severely elevated TSH, low pulse with chest pain. Evening shift : all float staff . ER MD soft spoken 1st appears "kind" yet does not respect patients experience. RN evening unit supervisor cold, obviously not trained in communication with people in crisis. . Lacks any sense of TRAUMA-INFORMED CARE.

Worst emergency room ever. They don't take you in order, they take others with similar conditions back and have no answer when asked how much longer. If you come here, expect to wait hours.

I was sent from IU Fishers to UC Medical in Cincinnati via ambulance because I was having a medical emergency that IU Fishers could not take care of.When I arrived at UC Hospital, they did not have the retina specialist on staff that I needed to see. I was told to come back the next day and was released (in Cincinnati) on my own recognizance. The ER team at IU Fishers should have verified that UC Hospital had the correct specialist that I needed to see.. I felt that the ER person didn’t do due diligence to verify that UC did indeed have the proper specialist on duty. I was told that the specialist would meet me at the ER.
