No one was wearing masks, gloves or any sanitary measures between patients to, no washing hands, etc.. all while testing my daughter for Covid. Also, “what do you expect from this visit?” Is never an acceptable comment.

- CDChristy DavisDec 29, 20221.0Don’t try to make an appointment here. I made made an appointment online for my sick child and when we arrived there was a sign that said they were closed for the day. A Little Clinic employee was clocking out and when I said I had an appointment, she said she called everyone to tell them they were closed. She didn’t call me. She asked if I made the appointment after 2:30. I did make it around 3:00 but she was still there at that time and could have and should have continued to see if appointments were made. I actually received a confirmation email at 3:24 that my appointment was scheduled. While I realize that staffing and other emergency issues can suddenly arise, there must be a way to not allow patients to make appointments. I looked again after I left and appointments are still able to be made for that clinic for this afternoon and this evening. Other people will be in the same situation we were in. Someone should be able to monitor the appointments and at least call people if an appointment is made to cancel before they arrive. This is not an acceptable way to care for patients.
