  If I could pick zero stars I certainly would. Do NOT go here and waste your time. Should be a red flag to anyone that as soon as you walk through the door the want payment up front. Called twice to ask if my “trial pair” of contacts were in. (Mind you, my husband and sons orders were ready for well over a week when I made the first call) I was told no, they could possibly take a month to come in. Called back over a week later and she couldn’t even find my file. Asked when I was seen. Said she would call back. The call back was yep they’re in. Upon asking how long they have been there she said “No idea. They were misfiled.” Mind you, we drove over an hour because they came highly recommended by an associate in an Oakley store. This is a trial pair of contacts that we have to drive an hour to pick up and take some kind of class to learn how to put them in. And then wear this trial pair for a month. THEN, we get to come back and see if they’re working. Then we will be the script for our contacts. We still have nothing to show for the money we’ve spent and have at least 2 more hour long (one way) trips to take special classes to learn about contacts and then if they work we can have the prescription. We wasted our once yearly commercial insurance visit here. I’m not ever one to complain or be nasty, but this is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional.Save your time and hard earned money and go anywhere but here!!
