  These are quite possibly the most inhumane indeffecient, careless people I’ve ever dealt with for my prescriptions. It gets old when you travel for work to have to call and be treated like an addict for trying to pick up medication before I miss a flight. This is a regulate frequent occurrence with them and as someone who understands they have a very hard job I don’t think a single person in that pharmacy has a single ounce of humanity or competence. Hell when they are out of certain script and you are going to miss your trip they won’t transfer it to a Kroger down the street. Unreal.

  A joke is somewhat funny. This is beyond a joke it is pathetic. Long lines, lost prescriptions, failure to refill call ins, no drive through, lack of employees, wont answer phone or voice mails. At this point it would be quicker and easier to find your local drug dealer and get your meds. Perhaps it's the 13 an hr they pay. They wonder why there are mass walkout. I can flip a burger for 17 an hr.

  Warning! Terrible and rude customer service! I made the mistake of having my cardiologist send a prescription for the very first time to the Kroger pharmacy located on Olio Road in Fishers Indiana. I had questions about my prescription so I called five times and five calls went unanswered. Zero customer service. Walmart answers their phone. All other pharmacies answer their phone. But not this arrogant rude group. When I finally did go to the pharmacy I received zero Customer Service zero satisfaction and I was forced to have my prescription sent to another pharmacy. My advice is to avoid this group and the arrogant female manager there like the plague.
