My family has been going to this Kroger pharmacy for 10+ years and I was always taken care of and recommended this pharmacy to everyone I knew. Under the management of Gina, I felt safe and respected as an individual covered by ADA. However new management is not friendly to ADA policies or practices. I’ve never been more humiliated in my life than I was by the new manager. He refused my ADA accommodations, despite his staff who knew me telling him that their policy had always been to honor ADA. If you or a loved one falls under ADA, this is not the pharmacy for you.
