- JPJoy PawlaczykJul 16, 20251.0This has to be the worst Kroger pharmacy EVER!! I have to call and explain at least 3 or 4 times to not submit a certain medication through my insurance and every time they try to submit it through my insurance which causes delays. I had to call again today after I called last night trying to provide the BIN#, PCN#, etc and the tech told me to just show a screenshot when I come in. Sure enough, I look again this morning and they tried to submit the med through my INS!!!! I switched from the Carmel Kroger pharmacy due to moving to Fishers, but the 10 minute extra drive was worth it!
- JAJoseph ANov 12, 20211.0How many pharmacy technicians does it take to put 30 pills into a container then bag it?? I learned 2 techs need a minimum of 24 hours to complete this complex task! A prescription was called into this pharmacy at 10am by our Pediatrician. I arrived at 8pm that day to pick-up and was told it still wasn't ready. Despite me being willing to wait, they were unwilling to take 10 minutes and fill the prescription. I was told I would need to come back the next day because they were "short staffed". There were 2 employees at 8pm, 1 of which was engrossed in her cell phone. When I came back the following day, I asked the Pharmacy Manager how many employees they normally have per shift. "Two" he replied. The moral of this story is when your employees are incompetent, self-serving, and rude it's always going to seem like you're "short staffed."
