I have to call and explain at least 3 or 4 times to not submit a certain medication through my insurance and every time they try to submit it through my insurance which causes delays. I had to call again today after I called last night trying to provide the BIN#, PCN#, etc and the tech told me to just show a screenshot when I come in. Sure enough, I look again this morning and they tried to submit the med through my INS!!!! I switched from the Carmel Kroger pharmacy due to moving to Fishers, but the 10 minute extra drive was worth it!
