  I love Dr. Nazer and her staff! Truly a safe space to be able to vent any health concerns and questions. As well as, being able to get sound knowledge to help with those concerns.

  Dr Klak is the best Dr . I have been his patient for 8 years . First at Riverview and then IU. I am moving overseas and I will greatly miss him! His patient care is outstanding! He takes time to listen to you and provides great and sound medical care. Thank IU health and Dr Klak for your outstanding care

  I was at my worst time not knowing what was going on with me.I talked with NP (can't recall her name) but she was exceptionally interested in getting my problem stopped an into better health. I feel I am on my way back with her help.THANK YOU THANK YOU .
