Julie was the best ever! I have been to "MyEye"doctor and Stanton Optical for the last 30 years. Never again! Target optical may be a large chain but, I felt like I was in my old small home town doctors office. Like I truly mattered to the staff and the doctor. Julie Spalding was the best ever! I was late and called to reschedule and they were still able to get me in the same day 45 minutes later.
Provider Julie Spalding:
1. Kind, smart, caring
2.patient focused care
3. Very informative without making me feel dumb.
4. Personality was by far the best! I felt safe and trusted.
The flow of the operations was easy and seemless.
The front line staff was the best. I did not feel pressured or like I was in a used car sales lot getting glasses.
Pro tip: online registration!
Front office staff:
1. Kind, welcoming(even what looked like chaos with people everywhere the two ladies were very nice and continously made contact with everyone to ensure we were happy)
2. Had my benefits before I seen the doctor, so I wondered around and looked for new glasses in between.
3. Checkout was amazing, they took the time to price compare my glasses and contacts.. even against big name sites I had saved on my phone.
By far this staff and location is the best. It was end of day, busy, and not once did they complain they pushed and made every customer feel seen and herd.
In the end I got Oakley frames Retail was 227. Took a pic, added with scratch glare resistant, blue light ect. And a year of contacts total visit with exam, glasses and a year if contacts
For under 300. W/my insurance and circle card.
I will never go anywhere ever again!

Finished my contact and glasses exam and checked out. I was given a total for both exams and my new lenses, I checked out and gave the lady my card. I left and she called me back in and asked me for more money. She demanded another $80 before I could leave saying she made a mistake after I asked her several times if the first total was my final total. She is a liar and I still want my money back. They didnt even have the trial contact lenses so here I am without glasses and no contact lenses. Go to a real doctor not this joke of a practice target offers. I will be stuck for 2 weeks without contacts or glasses. What a joke
