Exam, new prescription, trial lenses and out the door in less than 1/2 hours. Super friendly, knowledgeable and efficient!

- ARAmy RenfroFeb 27, 20263.0I have been using this office for my annual eye care for 10+ years and have seen several different doctors during this time. For the last 2 or 3 visits I have seen Dr. Megan Alberts. I loved her energy, knowledge and overall passion for what she does and this year was no different UNTIL I was not able to adapt from mono vision contacts to a multi-focal contact despite trying different strengths. Unfortunately, Dr. Alberts does not believe in using mono vision prescriptions and has now refused to see me as a patient because of this. Her opinion seems to be more important to her versus what is best for patient. Dr. Alberts please understand this, your opinion does not matter to me, so thank you for doing us both a favor!
