    Service was bad it’s like they didn’t care When I ordered my glasses they had no advice about the shape of frame that would minimize the thickness of my lenses. When I picked up my glasses a few days ago the woman at the front of the store pushed the case at me and then did nothing. No fitting no card to read to tell if I could see with them. I asked for a receipt and was given one. Two men came in as I was leaving and the difference in the greeting they were given warm and friendly compared to the non greeting I got just infuriated me more. I have to wonder if it was because they were white and I am not. Never again Pearl Vision next Mod Pizza.

    The worst possible experience I’ve ever had at an eye care facility. I have excellent vision benefits at my place of employment. Eye exam was supposed to be at no charge to me but they figured out a way to get me for $84.00 because they called it a “medical” exam. I should have been told that’s what they were charging me for instead of after the fact. The girl at the front counter laughed at me when I questioned them about it. Don’t go to Pearl vision by target in Evansville. Bad experience for me .

    I'm Very Happy With My Visit at My Eye Appt at Pearle Vision. I received very Polite and Friendly Greetings and Conversation, Advice and Efficiency. My Eye Doctor, Dr. Roll, made me feel Very Comfortable and She took her time, answered my questions and gave me what I feel was expert advice. I am following through with what she referred me to do, and will return to Pearle Vision for my continual Eye/Vision Care.

    I’ve been going to Pearle Vision East for a few years. Dr. Alberts is great. 5/5 stars for sure, if I was rating her alone, and she’s the reason I keep going back. The front office staff, in the past, was always grouchy and cynical. And the office used to be very slow. But my most recent visit was better. The front staff seemed to be making an honest effort to be friendly, even if they don’t seem to like each other much. The only reason I deduct a star is the billing. I have eye insurance and should’ve received a free exam, or at least a low cost exam. But I walked out paying a decent amount. They confirmed they used my insurance, so I didn’t fight it at the time. Shame on me, I didn’t notice until I left that they didn’t even give me a receipt so I can see the cost.
