Every step of the way she texted and called me to inform, even something as little as a missing document or a parts delay. My order is now scheduled for delivery on Tuesday and I’m so excited. I just wanted to give recognition to Chelsea for keeping me up to date on everything. When I finally got the chair, it became apparent that it needed a few tweaks. Shelby just left my house and my chair is now so comfortable! It’s like a totally new chair! He also had some great tips for how to get into and out of it without having the problems I had been experiencing. I completely trust NSM because they have demonstrated that they are worthy of my trust.

- SPStacy PaigeAug 21, 20181.0I started the process of getting a new wheelchair in February 2018. Calls go unanswered, paper work gets lost, multiple times. When I call for an update it's always "we're waiting on such and such from you or your doctor." when it's already been sent, twice! It should not take 6+ months to order and get a wheelchair. When we order one for my daughter we will go with a different company. Unless you have all kinds of time to wait, I'd look for another company for a wheelchair The people there are very nice, I just don't understand why it takes so long and when it doesn't at other places. There is a breakdown of communication that is very unprofessional and upsetting when you need a new wheelchair sooner rather than later.
