Jeff is VERY knowledgeable in all mattes concerning hearing, especially lack of hearing which has a profound effect on mental health. Jeff is a very caring person and has never used hard sale tactics. He will answer any concerns you may have. I won't go to anyone else but Miracle Ear and Jeff. His reception is also a caring and likeable lady.

I am one so far that has no trouble except trying to get them to stop with all the mailings. I have requested several times to be removed from their mailing list. Then comes a letter from a doctor there that has taken the liberty of setting up an appointment for me. I called my primacy doctor she had not sent any refers to anyone. Right now I don't need your service, but, if in the future I do I know where you are located and I know how to pick up a phone and make an appointment. Thank you
