Had some issues with my prescription and they happily fixed my glasses to accommodate me. I was confused regarding sunglasses I bought and they took the time to carefully look over the receipt with me to ensure I was charged correctly. They found the discrepancy and instantly refunded my credit card. Everyone was so helpful, kind, respectful, and overall extremely pleasant to work with. Olivia helped me in person and Jen (I think?) assisted me over the phone. I highly recommend this location for its superb sales team and will only shop with them in the future for all my eye glasses needs! Thanks again!
