- AWAllison WadeDec 31, 20255.0My daughter (12 weeks) had lip and tongue tie surgery at the end of November. As a first time momma I was super nervous, but Dr. Adam reassured me of all my worries. He is so nice and informative. The surgery was very quick. I honestly should’ve done the surgery sooner, but was very happy to have it done now. The first week after surgery was certainly difficult, but the next two weeks were much better. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. Dr. Adam made sure to let me know if I needed anything I could call the office and it would go directly to his phone even during the Thanksgiving holiday. I could not recommend Dr. Adam and his office enough. Truly a wonderful experience. Thank you so much, Dr. Adam and staff! 😊 Enjoy the picture of our sweet girl during surgery.

After waiting almost an hour after my rescheduled time I go to the front to find out what’s going on. Did I misunderstand etc? I was told that I was forgotten and my person left for lunch and it wasn’t even 12 noon yet. Not only is this highly unprofessional but I definitely felt like I was taken advantage of and not valued by this establishment. DO NOT USE THIS DENTAL OFFICE!!!!! Worst ever
