However, I was told by the girl who orders your frames, because I have a high prescription I needed to upgrade to the ‘high index lenses and then the lens wouldn’t stick out of the frame.’ So I did just that. Guess what? Went to pick up my glasses and the lenses stick WAY out of the frames on both sides. The nice young man who I was dealing with tonight was kind and explained it’s because of the high script, which I fully understand. My problem is, do not tell patients to spend more money for the lenses to not stick out, when they still will. I did not ask about refunding my insurance and the extra $ I paid, but I will be contacting a manager on Monday and contacting my insurance since I was deceived into getting lenses that still are so thick I will not wear the glasses.

And when I say she went above and beyond to not only explain what happened to me but why everything looked so much different then what I got from the ophthalmologist but she also went a step further and is replacing my glasses with the updated prescription I just got. Terrible place. At first I thought they did a good job. Then the migraines started in worse than ever! I was referred to Boling and as it turns out the script they gave me was not just a little off it was off by more than half of what my actual script is. Now only 5 months since getting these glasses which I paid way more than I should have since they claimed to take my insurance I have to turn around and buy yet another pair! Stay away stay far away from them!!!!
