- JSJohn SSep 13, 20211.0No one bothered to call back when my mother could not hear after they removed the tip on the hearing aid. Told her she didn't need it and also told her to not worry about shutting the door on the charger. She could not hear at all once was done. I called in for them to get my mom in and was told someone would call my mom the next day that never happened. I called a week later and was not able to leave a message nor could I talk to anyone the national number said they would leave a email for someone to call, no one ever did. Two days later I called the national number telling them of all the issues we had and they contacted a district manager who helped a great deal. No one cares at the Elkhart on Cass store that you cant hear. We are now going to the store in South Bend and they have changed and fixed everything that was done incorrectly to my mom. I would avoid this store. No call backs and no one in the office cares.
