Yes, we offer transportation as part of our comprehensive care services. However, we do not provide one-time or as-needed transportation for appointments or surgeries. Transportation is included as part of an ongoing care plan tailored to your loved one’s needs.

How do I pay for services?
We accept private pay, Indiana Pathways HCBS Waiver, VA Care in the Community Benefits, and long term care insurance. We handle all the billing for insurance claims or Medicaid. We do ask for a deposit for initial services up front with private pay or long term care insurance that can be returned at the end of services.
Do you require a long term contract?
No, we offer flexible care plans that can be temporary care or ongoing.

What is Structured Family Care?
Structured Family Care allows a family caregiver to be compensated for providing full time care to their loved one at home under a per diem arrangement with the Medicaid waiver program.
Do you help with navigating the Medicaid or VA system to help my loved one get their benefits?
Yes, our Home Care Consultant is a certified Medicaid Navigator and can help your family walk through applying for medicaid and then work with you and your case manager at the Area Agency on Aging to get access to the home and community based services that the Indiana Pathways Waiver provides. We also work directly with the VA to make sure your loved one qualifies for benefits and can help you set up your assessment through them as well.
