- BBBerTina BerryMay 15, 20235.0Doctor Mario Robbins is one of the best psychiatrist in the NWI region. I have been a patient for 7yrs now. His staff is for the most part a great staff. We are all human beings dealing with mental health challenges daily. Doctor and his staff are also human beings that have a call in life to render services to Us with the mental health challenges. Yes we may have to wait longer periods sometimes but it is NOT every single appt. Trust me out of 30yrs of my diagnosis I have seen my fair share of psychiatrist and he is by far one of the best I have had. He does not throw nor shove ANY & all kind of mediation if not needed. We have to advocate & do our research as well. Thank you Dr. Robbins & staff for going the extra mile for Us!

He does not seem the least bit interested in anything you have to say, He is fixated on his computer and just going through the motions til hes ready to retire. And will just throw any kind of medication at you.he is impossible to get a hold of if you don’t like what you have. Clarity clinic in munster are amazing people that actually care. If you want to actually feel like you’re being taken care of, stay away from here.

Dr. Kim was there for my first pregnancy and when I went into labor he was at the hospital within a hour and birthed my son. Now I'm seeing him for my second son and like always he has been awesome

Then they lost my referral twice and made me make all the calls needed to get a third faxed over at the last minute. Then they argued with me about my insurance not being ppo even after showing proof on 2 apps
