- CMCarmen MoranNov 1, 20251.0I’d give them 0 stars if I could. They couldn’t find the prescription my doctor sent over. I was on hold with them for 12 minutes before they hung up on me. I called back and was immediately put on hold for another 8 minutes before they even answered the phone. They never were able to find the prescription. They didn’t offer any help or guidance. Having it sent to another pharmacy where it will surely be filled without an issue.
- GMGina MontealegreOct 10, 20251.0Horrible, insulting pharmacy experience! Picking up a few things after work. I needed some Zyrtec-D for allergies. I go to the pharmacy. I ask for it. The pharmacist tries pulling down Sudafed. I nicely repeated Zyrtec. He was confused so we laughed at it being a long day. He seemed really flustered. I pointed at the Zyrtec and said - 2 shelves down on the left. He figured it out, but I could tell he was frustrated. He then asks for my ID. He says it was denied. There is no way. Now I’m confused. He insultingly looks at me and tells me “Ma’am this stuff is heavily regulated, you can buy only so much”. Last time I bought was in March at Walgreens. So I went across the street to Walgreens and bought it. They scanned my ID and it was fine. Seriously? I will NEVER go there again. This guy was very strange.

I look around, and there's me and one other guy, so that was an odd statement. 15 minutes later, me and the other guy are still waiting. Three people are behind the counter, one is cleaning, which is fine, but won't break from his cleaning to help people who've been standing there for 10 minutes, or even acknowledge me "be with you in a minute". So, the "everyone will be served" was a lie. It looked to me like "let's wait and see if these people give up and leave so we can go off shift."
