  I had a root canal done by Dr. Gideon and it went seamlessly! I was sooo anxious about it but I didn’t feel a thing. It was quick and painless. I even told his assistant (I wish I could remember her name and title bc she was great as well) that it was so much better than I thought it would be. They place a temporary filling in and you need to return to your dentist for a permanent crown within the month, in case anyone reading here was wondering the process.

  I cannot say enough wonderful things about Endodontics & Periodontics in Dyer. Dr. Gideon was amazing. I just had my root canal done, and I truly did not feel a thing. From the moment I walked in, everyone was kind, calm, and reassuring. They made the entire experience so comfortable and relaxing that I had zero anxiety, which is something I never thought I’d say about dental work. Dr. Gideon was incredibly gentle, explained everything clearly, and the staff made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. This was hands-down the best dental experience I’ve ever had. I am so grateful to have found such a caring and professional team. Highly recommend!

  Literally The best root canal I ever had in my life!! Sounds strange to be saying this about dental work!! As someone who had had at least 4-5 root canals with a very low pain threshold and dental anxiety, trust me when I say this experience was an 11 out of 10!!! I walked in this morning, my appt was at 7:45, after filling out the paper work I was in the chair at 8:04, X-rays, root canal completed and I was done by 8:58!!! The process was not at all rushed!! I didn’t feel a thing, I previously always felt uncomfortable “pressure”. Half way thru the processes I released a sigh of relief because the tension i was holding in my body from my previous experiences was non existent!!! I was in disbelief that for the last 10-15 years i had been putting up with a dentist who had been rough, unable to numb me properly with a terrible bed side manner!!! I rushed to write this review because I am still in disbelief of how easy it was to book this appointment (2 days prior) and get this handled after putting it off for so long! ! Highly recommend ….. and I will be back, well hopefully not for another root canal lol thank you soooooooo much Dr. Wierseman!!!

  There was a white girl with a headband sitting with her family, talking openly about some seriously problematic things. She mentioned her brother, Nick, and how he had made a racist hand gesture, mimicking a Trump-related move, in a group photo. She was talking about it as though it was no big deal, almost laughing it off. Then, she went on to say how her family had written her a letter, expressing their concerns about her fiancé, calling him racist as well. Because of this, they decided not to allow her to use the family condo for her wedding. The whole conversation felt incredibly inappropriate, especially in a public space. I couldn't help but feel uncomfortable sitting there listening to all of this, and it really gave me a bad impression of the store's environment. But it got worse when I was finally seen for my appointment. The black woman, who had called me the night before to confirm the appointment, had left me a voicemail saying everything was good to go. However, when I showed up the next day, she told me that they had tried to get in touch with me but I didn’t respond. I told her how they left me voicemail and told me everything was good to go and that it was her who called me. Her response to me was "well do you want to stay at this location for a root cancal or no?" The entire experience was unprofessional!! Seeing the behavior I witnessed, but also because of how certain staff members seemed so oblivious to their own actions and the environment they were creating. I honestly wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values professionalism or respectful behavior. I’m really disappointed because I had hoped for a better experience. The white girl whos brother is Nick and the african american girl need to be fired!

  Dr. Gideon is very nice and caring. His staff is also personable. Everything is explained well. I would go back to them if I ever need another root canal. Wait time would be my only issue...other than that it was a great experience.
