  The staff is amazing, and understanding when working with young children. Dr.Arusha was so patient and had the perfect technique to keep my child engaged as she did the exam. They made the entire process comfortable and was able to explain everything along with giving a pamphlet with even more details. I have no complaints and will for sure recommend her. Thank you for the amazing service!!

  Took my 93 year old mother for appointment. We were there for 3 hours. Waiting room is packed. People waiting in lobby. Tried to change my mom's address and Receptionist acted annoyed and was very rude. If you need an ophthalmologist, don't go there!!!!!!

  Waiting room packed, long wait time. Mine was almost 3 hours. Staff was disorganized and some were very rude. Many elderly patients who were very confused that they had to fill out lengthy paperwork again, when they were already patients. Staff seemed to care less. I will never go back there again.

  I am very dissatisfied with the recent treatment from the office manager at Crown Point location. Due to my schedule, I had to cancel some appointments that I had to cancel. I would call the day before the appointment to cancel in advance. My last scheduled appointment, 8/4/18, I contacted the office on that Friday, 8/3/18 cancel, since I was headed out of town. I was informed at that time , I had to call back to get a new appointment. I contacted office on 8/20/18 and was informed my appointments were put on hold. She stated that I had cancelled appointments on the day of appointment and I informed her that that was NOT TRUE. Each time, I had to cancel, it was at least a day in advance. I have a sick mom who lives out of town, so I have to check on her from time to time. I NEVER heard appointments put on HOLD. I was a prior patient from previous years along with my son and husband until my insurance changed in 2013. I had always had the desire to return back to them when my vision insurance change. 2018 was to.be the year. However, this new encounter of events, has sent me looking for another office. It is NOT, school, you can't punish or put patients in TIMEOUT for having to reschedule appointments! There is a such thing as busy life when caring for elderly family and unforeseen things can come up! Please remember that customer service is an important element in ALL business, not advanced cancelled appointments!
