  They don't keep there word. I went there for promotional ear check up and cleaning... For $50 gift certificate. On the end she gave me this paper foldet and sad you just scan the code. When I came home rewards was only $20 instead $50

  Shelby at Miracle Ear was incredible with my 90 & 92 year old aunt and uncle. She was extremely patient and explained everything step-by-step. The hearing aid has transformed the attention level my aunt has now. She's responding and interacting like never before. I can't say enough about this service. Thank you.

  I am from out of state(Washington) and my hearing aids quit functioning. I tried calling several numbers and kept getting a call center but they weren’t very helpful in finding immediate help so I decided to just walk in. Hope was just awesome. She was busy on the phone when I walked in and put the person on hold for a second and asked if she could help me. I explained I was from out of state and my hearing aids quit. She ended her call, took my hearing aids and cleaned the ear pieces and checked my ear drums for wax buildup. My hearing aids now work somewhat better as least enough to get me back home. Hope was very professional and helpful and I appreciate her taking time fo me.
