  I've called the Pharmacy 3 times to inquire about my meds and no one has called me back.The last time I was at the window to pick medicine up the one tech got kind of snippy with me for no reason and maybe she was having a bad day I don't know. I let it go. THIS TIME. I won't next time . There was no reason to treat a customer that way .

  The pharmacist today was very ignorant and none of the people in the pharmacy cares about the customers they need to replace the pharmacy staff its pathetic and no empathy this took place 11/12/25 and maybe someone will read this review

  I don't know what has happened to this pharmacy. They used to be reliable, but over the past few months service has really fallen apart. I called a prescription in the night before I picked it up and asked for it by noon. When I arrived at 12:15, I was told I had to wait until after their lunch break and try again at 1:30. Ridiculous! Especially since I live 25 minutes away from here! Last month I waited in the store, sitting in the pharmacy area for 1 hour and 15 minutes! The only thing that helps the inefficiency of the pharmacists is the smiling faces of the assistants who are running registers.

  If I could give this place -100 stars I would! They lie and everyone tells you something different. You can never get through on the phone. If you need a prescription they have to order it almost every time. But they don’t even start working on it until days after it is called in! Then you end up waiting a week or more for a prescription you really need. They have a sign in the window ALWAYS saying expect long delays. They are rude and the only person that knows anything is Matt the pharmacist. He is the only person there that is competent. The older lady with short brown hair who always is a mess with get down right nasty with you. You would think pain meds and antibiotics would take precedent. Like me who just had surgery. But you can’t get them on the phone so you have to drive there to tell them you can’t go days in agony and with a major infection. I literally went septic because they wouldn’t give me my antibiotics. Months in the hospital with no pay because of them. Their prices and Matt are great. But that is ALL. Stay away from this pharmacy. I have never given a bad review to anyone before.
