  Triage & front desk were very kind and listened to me and were very compassionate. The provider, Allison Maher APRN, was extremely unprofessional. She spoke over me multiple times, didn’t listen to a singular concern I had and made me feel like I was making everything up. Took one look in my mouth and said “I see nothing” after I have had pain for a week now where I cannot eat or drink. Didn’t ask me for any specification on where the pain was. And when I would start to tell her more about what is happening she would cut me off. Didn’t let me explain background, timeline, anything in detail. Just rushed me along and told me there was nothing she could do. Just so invalidating and frustrating to be in pain for this long and come to a provider who could not care less for your care, after being instructed by telehealth that I should be see in person since I’m not improving. Will not he coming back just for the possibility of having her as a provider again.

  Staff was efficient and helpful with my viral symptoms. Dr. Fedler is professional and caring. I feel as though my concerns were heard and taken care of to the best of her ability.

  The staff was very polite. The weight was not long at all got in got fixed. They listened to me and my diagnosis and then they agreed and we got it taken care of and I was done and out of there. I would recommend this urgent care to anyone in Clarksville or Jeffersonville, Indiana!

  Brittany was one of the sweetest people I've ever met I was having a very bad day and thanks to her my day just got better also my provider Sue was awesome she made me feel very comfortable
