  This is literally the slowest place you could ever go to. My grandmother sat in this building for 2 hours just waiting in the room to be seen. Absolutely ridiculous especially when there was only 1 person infront of her. Stop lolly gagging around and do your job for once!! Yall are a complete joke!

  I left them a better review before i found a bruise on my arm from the IV they did to drain blood and left the needle inside in case they needed blood again. I turned out to be clear from all the suspected issues i could have, and i was glad to know that. And i know it's stupid but still a procedure to leave the needle for hours until the doctor signs you out. They even told me the doctor had signed me out but he had to personally come see me; until then i was laying down with my arm locked with a tight band that i couldnt move. I was crying all the time asking my husband to help and he was trying to convince the nurse to take the band as it was hurting me. To say they didnt care means to say nothing. I came home with a hurting arm but because i had all body aches on the left side (that s why i went as my GP advised), i didnt pay attention to it, was just happy to get out there. In couple of days i started having a sharp pain any time i would lean my arm somewhere; it was so bad i would scream for a second, the pain in that angle can be really tough i didnt know. There was a bunp of some liquid from probably hurt tissues in my elbow and it took 2 weeks to get better. What i regret is giving them higher reviews as i didnt know my arm was seriously hurt the day of. Plus some of the nurses were awfuly rude to other patients; well those gave a reason but in my opinion the nurse should not use worse words and higher tone of yelling than the patient. Very sad and worried for my arm, it had never been hurt that bad my entire life; and not sure what to do next time if i need to go to ER. Like how to prevent these things when you totally depend on them.
