- YDYakky DoodleSep 19, 20251.0Today 09/19/25...I showed up for my SCHEDULED appointment at the Lewis and Clark location in Clarksville only to be greeted by 2 signs saying they were closed (see pics). Why was I able to schedule appointments here if this location is closed and why did Kroger not send me a notification to re-schedule my appointment elsewhere? I am required by my job to have a couple of vaccines and have a deadline to meet. THANKS! This is the second time this has happened here, and I won't be back to any Little Clinics.

I arrived 6 minutes late to my appointment, and was declined care, with one other individual in the waiting area. Upon reaching out to the customer service line, I was hung up on. In addition, I am pregnant, and believe that I have the flu, which was told to the nurse on duty, as well as the customer service representative. Needless to say I will no longer utilize a Little Clinic in the future.

She answered all of my questions and really took the time to alleviate any fears I had. They were kind and so patient. This place is amazing.
