Extremely poor service. If they give you an estimated time when your prescription will be ready, it’s almost certain to be incorrect. I’ve had to go by 8 times to get 2 medications this week after following the correct procedure and ordering the refills over the phone. The staff seems to be doing the best they can. It’s the pharmacists themselves that typically Have a terrible attitude and couldn’t care less about customer service.

I would give this pharmacy 0 stars if it was possible. It is just THAT bad. Never stocked. Slow. Multiple language barriers.

Gave me the wrong medicine and didn't even tell me they were out so they just filled it with whatever... The label was correct but wrong tablets. Tried speaking to the manager because I couldn't understand the people there and me being sleep deprived from not getting my correct medicine the manager Renee made it seem like I was laughing at them because I was so P/O after hearing it wasn't the correct medicine. She kept talking over me while I was trying to explain myself. Long story short she told me don't come back. Oh I won't after what I just went through. You just lost a loyal shopper!!

It is negligent for Kroger to allow a pharmacist to rudely refuse to fill any controlled substance (something she should have learned is all prescriptions are controlled to a degree or they’d be called over the counter drugs. According to Kroger “it’s her store and we have no authority over her or the pharmacy (as a lawyer I know the contract is more complex than that). Shame on Kroger for picking and choosing who’s eligible for medication at the Clarksville Pharmacy.
