  I went to the dermatologist on Tuesday and he prescribed an ointment. I use good RX, so I had to research the location of the pharmacy with the lowest price. I dropped off my prescription the following day. The clerk told me it would be delayed an additional day because I was using good RX. I did not understand that. I felt as if I was being punished because I didn’t have Insurance to pay full price for a prescription. The following day, a text message was sent to my housemate and not to me that my prescription was ready. He did not inform me until after the pharmacy was closed last night. I inquired about that today after arriving to pick up my prescription and was told it must have been from a past prescription. Hmm…? The pharmacist said that there must’ve been a miscommunication when I was told there would be a delay because the only delay would be because they did not have the prescription in stock. It’s a common prescription for basal cell cancer. This is a topical application that has strict timeline attached to it. I had to schedule my return check up for exactly 2 weeks, and I will not have had that prescription product on my skin for two weeks when I arrive at that appointment. Oh well. The pharmacist was extremely nice, helpful, efficient, and very informative about the proper use of this ointment.

  From out of town but come twice a year to area. One worker was very nice and helped me find sunglasses. Lady at check out EXTREMELY rude I asked about getting a card to get discount and explained usually go to Krogers. I am use to sometimes grocery stores being owned by the same person but a different name but me and my friend both thought she then treated me like an idiot… and said I could not get a discount since I didn’t have app and treated me horribly raised voice also. Offered no info on how to get The app. I ended up not getting everything planned to

  Went for my covid-19 shot. Was met with a gentleman in the white coat, who was being very helpful. Then the lady working the drive window came over and was completely rude. She lied straight to my face about informing me my shot had being rescheduled and attempting to contact me. No calls in my call log, no messages left in voicemail, no emails in my inbox. When I had stated that no one had contacted me she walked away letting out a sarcastic laugh at my expense. Apparently she is better than everyone else or stuck in social media land. Either way I recommend anywhere else for your pharmacy needs if the choice is available.
