I was becoming a new customer in the pharmacy but not anymore due a female pharmacy tech named Dusty who was extremely rude and unprofessional to me the whole time I was in drive through. They never transferred all my medications and she just straight refused to fill a prescription for no reason. She even turn the mic off talked crap about me to another customer and a pharmacist right in front of me. I mean what kind of pharmacy is this. DO NOT COME HERE

They have worked so hard in their challenging months of being EXTREMELY short staffed, dealing with rude customers, working with doctors, insurance companies (just to fill the rx and get coverage), and being overly stressed. Yes I had to go in to get my prescriptions filled when it 1st started, and every single staff member has hustled to get it done and has worked overtime just to help everyone get their prescriptions. Now everything is back to normal. Thank you to all the staff that has worked so hard for us!!!
