No longer operating drive thru for the foreseeable future. Phones are no longer answered. Can't even leave a message for the pharmacy. Open hours keep getting shorter. The only way to even get answers to questions is to wait in a line that extends to the self checkouts. I spent a total of almost 2 hours standing in line there in the last week and still only received 2/4 prescriptions that are in process. I had to leave work early to get in line one day and arrive at work late another day. The current operation is extremely inconvenient for anyone with M-F 8-5 hours at a job. The staff are as nice and helpful as they can be considering the situation, but I will be moving my scripts to another pharmacy until they fix their issues.

Why isn't the drive open to pickup prescriptions on a Saturday? They don't even answer their phone. Their drive-thru service to pick up prescriptions is a real joke. You can sit in their line during the weekday forever while they fill people's prescriptions while they wait at the drive-thru window. I've been coming to this pharmacy for almost 8 years and their services are going right down the toilet. Can't deal with lousy service anymore Time to move

Prescription was put in at 10am for pain from a tooth extraction. Never filled, line is 10 people long at closing. Kroger needs to hire more people. Unacceptable.

I moved my family’s prescriptions here months ago, hoping for a better experience. However, the drive-through is always closed with a sign that says “shortstaffed, please come inside.” When you enter, you’re greeted with a long line and stand there for 20 minutes or more.
I had three small items in my hand: two small Gatorades and a tiny pizza. After waiting for 25 minutes, I asked if I could ring them up. You would think it would be no problem, as it’s always been done in the past. However, the tech refused. I was then sent to the grocery side, where I waited another 20 minutes because the line was extremely long there too. One would think that if you’re already paying for your prescriptions ringing up the small item in your hand, wouldn’t be such a big deal.
The overall experience was poor. If you’re so shortstaffed, then don’t be open.

Let me just preface this by saying I completely understand that pharmacies have closing times and employees have long days — but professionalism matters.
I was at the JayC pharmacy drive-thru today (10/23) at about 5:15 p.m. waiting in line with my two young kids in the car. The line barely moved for close to 20 minutes. Finally, around 5:34, with only two cars ahead of me (and several behind), the blinds suddenly closed and the staff just stopped taking customers, saying they were closing at 5:30.
Excuse me? Many of us had been sitting there well before closing time, patiently waiting. The professional thing to do would have been to finish helping those already in line before shutting down.
People often wonder why customers switch pharmacies — this is exactly why. What if someone urgently needed their medication? Luckily, I had enough doses left to get by, but that’s beside the point. Respecting your customers’ time should matter, especially when it comes to something as important as prescriptions
