Worst pharmacy in southern Indiana. Nobody works there, nobody filling prescriptions, don’t start working on filling any prescriptions until you show up and then they still tell you it’ll be an hour. Absolutely ridiculous. Do not recommend this pharmacy at all. If I could give negative stars I would

My whole family has used Jayc Pharmacy for years because you get a significant amount of points that you can use for gas. 3 or 4 prescriptions filled and 40 cents off gas at the pump. obviously im doing it! Sadly you cant call anymore. I called for 10 mins before i did a 3 way call .. 5mins later i merged that to a conference call and eventually had 6 lines ringing. I thought for sure someone wld get aggravated and answer. I found out why when i went in . the 28 mins i was there the phone never rang once. So I pulled my phone out dialed the number asked to speak to the pharmacist.. my phone gives the tone that its calling. . but no phone rings.. so theyve turned the ringers off. theyve lost prescriptions of mine in the past and while looking said i may need the Doctor to send another one . which is CRAZY. thank goodness they found it. The only one that is helpful and should probably be running the place is DUSTY!!! Ill call fill a prescription on the phone and the automated system tells me what date to pick it up and what time.. sometimes ill get a call saying its ready other times I won't. ill go in and if its Dusty. she will put it in and make it happen. others will say oh that wasnt supposed to be filled until blah blah.. they chaged their policy on how early you can pick up a prescription because they are so behind cause a pharmacist and a couple techs quit. i even had a call saying that my insurance wouldn't fill my medication until a certain day..i called my insurance and they said . no those are non narcotic you can get them a week early everytime you wanted so i cld have gotten them filled days ago REALLY but a week early wld be silly . but its the fact they lied..the ones they did tell me wld be ready ended up being filled almost a week after they said it was done on the shelf. I shouldnt have to go by and check in daily cause calling is out. they finally open the drive thru a few hours a day. . but they close it alot . so ppl with handicaps or disabilities that make walking ,standing and being on your feet for an extended period of time . . im sorry but your gonna have to park your car. get out walk in and if u dont have your own wheel chair your butt better pray they have one charged up for u. or its gonna be a long day for u!! ive wanted to switch to Walgreens directly across the street for years because of the inconsistent dates im avoe to get meds. the pharmacist are lazy and rude and wld rather put everone off for as far in the future as their conputers can put your prescriptions fill date even if the state laws and insurance will let you get them every 28 days for narcotic meds. and less restrictions on non norcotics like i mentioned. . the only thing that kept me from moving was the discount on gas from prescriptions . getting mine my 2 kids and gmas prescriptions every month really really helped with gas. All the problems ive mentioned and the others have mentioned are all 100% accurate and true! my gma had her pain meds move to Walgreens and they do everything by what the law says and doesn't

I’ve used this pharmacy for eight years and they handle multiple prescriptions for me each month. Unfortunately, the service has declined to the point that I’m moving my medications elsewhere. The drive through is almost always closed and they no longer answer the phone. I would recommend going somewhere else.

Been using this pharmacy for the past 4 years & what started out was great and now for several months has gone extremely downhill. This week was it for me. Last week my daughter went to get our prescriptions & they “couldn’t find one”, my sons was supposed to be ready Nov. 30th (still not ready), I have had 7 prescriptions that was supposed to be done Tuesday (still says processing” I really needed my antibiotics & steroid, I have tried to call multiple times & no one answers, and let’s not forget they never have the drive thru window open. Yesterday I started transferring our prescriptions out to another pharmacy that also delivers. Go in today 12/4 around 10:30am because my husband had medication ready & drive-thru is closed and there’s a line inside. Lady finds 2, but the another one she can’t find. I say “it’s lost” & she says “No, I can’t find”. So “it’s lost”. She gets so offended by that she threatens to call management because I’m rude. I told her she could. She was the one raising her voice at me. All I said “it’s lost & one was lost last week”. Truth is the truth & she was mad over that. She said they would refill it & I told her no, that I was transferring the rest of our prescriptions out of there. There’s others pharmacies & I choose not to keep doing business with a pharmacy that has become horrible. You’ll be happy if you do to.

Absolute worst pharmacy experience I’ve ever had, labeling this place useless would be generous. The drive-through is never open, and you’ll waste two hours of your life standing inside just to be told to wait longer. Getting a prescription filled here feels impossible. Management of the store is no help either when calling them. Save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else (Walgreens across the street). Anything tied to JayC/Kroger is a complete joke. Will never return to this store.
