  My wife and I made our Flu shot appointments at the Rangeline Facility, mobile appointment app was super easy and booked appointment, arrived and attendant was engaged and ready for us, walked us right in got our vaccines and left within 5 minutes! Could not have been an easier for comfortable process!

  Worst experience I’ve ever had. I had an appointment on Tuesday. The nurse was extremely rude, she took me back into the testing room and said “oh your not going to shut that door?” I said okay then she started ripping paper off the chair you sit in and so I was just standing there and she asked “not moving fast enough for you???!!” I said no I’m sick and I’m just standing here. The doctor also gave terrible advice telling me to call back any time. I’ve called multiple times to get my results and this morning I was told to wait a moment and then she hung up on me???

  We got our COVID-19 testing done at Little Clinic Carmel. Although the check-in process was completed over the phone and wasn't very efficient, that was no fault of the front desk, as they were friendly and helpful. Twaambo Situmbeko completed our COVID testing. She was warm, friendly, professional. The test itself went far beyond a nose swab, incorporating all the elements of a standard physical, which was comforting in the current circumstances. Thank you Little Clinic team!

  My wife scheduled an appointment to have vaccinations done on our 5 year old and 15 month old. At check in she was told they don’t accept our insurance and she’d have to pay out of pocket, which is fine. After sitting and waiting for 20 minutes she asked the receptionist when it would be their turn. “Oh we thought you were just figuring something else out.” Then was told they won’t accept out of pocket because she disclosed what kind of insurance we had. Huh? Waste your time if you’d like, but I’d recommend literally anywhere else.
