  We waited 70 minutes for our appointment. 80 minutes in total because we were 10 minutes early which they advise you to be. After I complained and asked to speak to the office manager I was taken back to a room to vent my frustrations. Then waited 15-20 more minutes in the room for the doctor to arrive. The doctor saw us, did not apologize but said "It's a holiday week" (it was the Monday before Thanksgiving and we have had this appointment on the books for 6 months) shrugged her shoulders and said we have a busy schedule. She was not remorseful and was borderline rude. She did not care that she made a three year old wait for 80 minutes for his appointment. She was dismissive and unprofessional. She was with us in the room for a GRAND TOTAL of FOUR MINUTES. I know this because I wrote down the time she walked into the room and when she left. I was never given a reason for why the doctor was running 70 minutes behind schedule. This was a 10:15 AM appointment. It's not like it was the end of the day and everything had gotten backed up. This extreme waiting has happened to us every single time we have had an appointment in this office. There is clearly an over scheduling problem.

  This was a wonderful experience! First class customer care, so quick it almost felt like we had cheated the medical system. Walk in ortho care might be one of the best kept secrets everyone should know about. Btw, the receptionist was so kind, PA John was probably one of the best medical professionals I ever met. Definitely worth falling off a counter for!

  Dr. BIELSKI and his staff are amazing. They take their time and don't rush you through to get to the next patient. They answer questions and explain things well. They always treat with kindness and care. Highly recommend!
