  CHARGED MY CARD WITHOUT MY CONSENT!!!!! Then when I asked for a copy of where I signed that they can do this she refused. I was transferred to her supervisor who emailed me the form that did NOT have my signature. When I told her my bank would be returning my money she told me they would dispute it. I then informed her my money was already back in my account, MARY BRASCH then hung up on me.

  I have never heard of this provider, I have never been to this provider, nor have I ever scheduled an appointment with this provider, but they recently billed me directly $75 for a "no-show visit" from ten years ago in 2014 (when I was a teenager and a dependent on my parents). Coupled with the other reviews for this practice, it all seems very shady, if not a scam, to me.

  Do yourself a favor and don't waste you're time. Much better mental health services out there that would never get a rating like this. Be sure to consider all your options before walking into an agency like this one.

  Nikki is the absolute BEST with PTSD!! I'd recommend her for sure! She literally saved my life.
